How To: Unclog Drains using Acetic Acid and Sodium Bicarbonate

Unclogging drains isn’t easy and some methods aren’t tough enough. However with the power of Acetic Acid and Sodium Bicarbonate cleaning the drains are no longer a problem. Acetic Acid and Sodium Bicarbonate agitates material in the clog, making it easier to flush away.

For an easier way to clean the drains, follow the steps below.

Step 1

Remove as much excess water as possible.

Step 2

Pour a liberal amount of Sodium Bicarbonate into the drain.

Step 3

Pour Acetic Acid into the drain. The reaction between the chemicals will produce bubbles. If you have a plunger, try to loosen the clog.

Step 4

Rinse with hot water.

Step 5

Repeat if desired.
