Wedding Favours

Weddings are a very special time, so this Jar should be sentimental.

Firstly Start off by Choosing a Jar – See Here. For a Wedding Favour I would choose something Classy and slightly bigger for example the 225ml Clear PVC Jar with Gold Cap or 320ml Clear PVC Jar with White Cap.

To decorate this Jar, look at having Stickers Printed with a personalised message. This could be something like “Thank you” or Initials for example “J & D”. This should then be stuck on the front of the Jar. However for a more Cost Effective option, Look at a little piece of Card that you can hand write on and hole punch which will be tied around the bottle with string. For the top of the Jar this can be left blank or if you would like to spice things up, look at stickers or flowers to stick on the top.

Finally the contents of the Jar. For a Wedding Favour this should include something like Sweets, Chocolates, Popcorn and Anything Sweet.

Below shows other ideas that you could try.

Birthday Favours

Birthday Favours should be fun and colourful. Below will show you an idea as to how to make your own Favours and how to change this for every age.

Firstly Start off by Choosing a Jar – See Here. For a Birthday Favour choose depending on the age of the guests. For Kids choose a Bigger Jar. For Boys go for 320ml Clear PVC Jar with Blue Cap and for Girls 320ml Clear PVC Jar with White Cap. For Adults aim for a slightly smaller Jar and choose 250ml Screw Lid Jar White with Wadded Lid.

To decorate Kids Jars aim for Stickers and Bright Colours. This would look good by sticking a Mini Plastic Figure on top of the Jar for example Animals. For girls have a look into Mini Crowns. The Jars could have stickers all over of the child’s favourite Character or could be left so the contents are on show. Inside the Jar could be Sweets and Chocolates and even Mini Toys for example: Cars, Watches, Compact Mirror, etc…

To decorate Adult Jars focus on Bows and String to add some colour to the outside. Look at personalising the Jar with a sticker to say “Thanks for coming”. For the contents of the Jar focus on Mini items. For example a mini lip balm and nail polish with chocolates for Women. Also Mini Chocolates and Jokes for Men.

Baby Shower Favours

Baby Shower Favours can be done in two ways. To give a message as to whether the Mother is having a Girl/Boy. Or just to thank guests for coming to the Baby Shower.

Firstly Start off by Choosing a Jar – See Here. For a Baby Shower Favour choose a smaller Jar in this case either 30ml Clear PET Jar with White Cap or 15ml Clear PET Jar with White Domed Cap.

If the Jar is to reveal the Gender of the Baby then I would go for the 15ml Clear PET Jar with White Domed Cap. I would keep this with no decoration on the outside however look at getting some stickers with “?” which can be stuck on the top of the Jar. Then look at getting some White Paper than can be placed inside the Jar hiding the contents. Although their are several ways of revealing the Gender, In this case chose the most effective idea : Idea 1 includes having Midget Gems or Smarties in the colour of the Gender so when the Lid is taken off their are several sweets inside. Idea 2  when the Jar is opened the colour pink or blue on the inside of the lid. Finally Idea three is to have the same structure of Idea 1 however inside the White Tissue Paper have Pink or Blue Confetti.

If the Jar is for a Party Favour, Decorate the Jar with a Baby Yellow Colour or very Light Colours. For the Contents of the Jar look at a few different ideas. Idea 1 Focus on Sweets. Idea 2 Focus on Chocolates or Popcorns. Finally Idea 3 if you are looking for a Funny Side to the Baby Shower, Then look at putting baby food inside the Jar which everyone can then play ‘Guess the Baby Food’.
