You Will Need:
- Heart Mold
- 2 Bowls
- 1/4 cup of Citric Acid
- 1/4 cup of Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate
- 2 tbs cornstarch
- 2 tbs melted coconut oil
- Pink food dye
- 3 drops therapeutic grade lavender (optional)
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine Citric Acid, Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate and and cornstarch then mix well.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, add a couple of drops of pink food coloring and 3 drops essential oil to your coconut oil. Mix well.
Step 3
Slowly add your wet mix to the dry mixture. Mix well until you’ve added it all.
Step 4
Once all your wet mixture is added. The mixture should start to feel like damp sand.
Step 5
Start filling your heart mold with mixture. Please note: make sure to press the mixture firmly into the molds.
Step 6
Allow this to dry overnight.
Step 7
Once dry, carefully pop them out.
Step 8
To use – pop one in your bath tub to release the bath bomb.
